Beginning of a new journey

Hello everyone, I am Aishik Bandyopadhyay. I am thirteen and am a Xaverian, from Durgapur. Today, I am writing a blog for the first time.

The current Covid-19 pandemic has forced all of us to stay at home now. During this time, I hear that many people are getting bored of staying at home. Well, I don't quite agree with them. Take me as an example. Personally, I feel that many of us can come up with more and more activities to keep ourselves engaged. I am writing this blog because I felt that instead of sitting idle and wasting my time, why not utilize it to explore and discover my interests! I got the inspiration of writing a blog from my respected English teacher, who too writes a blog. So, for quite some time, I was pondering over the idea of writing a blog. One day, my interest, of writing a blog, knocked at my door louder than ever, and when I opened it, he said, "Hey! Why don't you go for it if you really want to?" I said, "Okay, let me think." But he told me, "Look, enough time has been wasted for your thinking. Besides, if you do not write it now, when will you start? Will you start after the lock-down has ended?" I thought that, "Yeah, what he is telling is right." And the decision was made. I created my blog, 'Unfurling Thoughts', and today I am writing my first ever blog post.

Aloha! Well, I know I haven't written for quite a few days. But, I am back today! So today, I am going to write about something which, to many of you, will be very, very--I don't know what. It may seem very weird to you, or it may seem very surprising. You may strongly agree with this, or you may start hating me after this post.
